Biography/history:

She was born and raised in Johto, Ceailia Van Lute was a spoilt child and was home schooled, which means she didn’t get a chance to meet other children so she has an unfounded fear and hatred of all children. The first pokemon she ever caught was at the age of 10, it's catching was an accident in her boredom, one afternoon at the manor, she was throwing pokeballs at the back wall when she threw one too hard and it went over for wall, not allowed to leave the manor without a guard she snuck out to find the lost ball when she returned with the lost ball she continued to throw it to her confusion there was a pokemon inside, it was a very disturbed and mad Growlithe, she had little interest to no interest in the Growlithe and treated him like a house pet, at the age of 16 she convinced her father to let her go to university where she studied Physics and Psychology she passed both with flying colours but unknown to everyone except for houndoom, who was her guard in uni, in her time studying she developed schizophrenia, due to the stress of study, which had progressed into multiple personality if disorder, after finishing her study her schizophrenia had become so bad that she was unable to tell the difference between fantasy and reality, hoping to shut up the voices she burnt down her house with her parents inside but as the voices did not stop, from there she decided she needed to find a way to kill or silence all humans using her skills that she learned in physics she started making ‘doom’s day devices’ but with her parents gone she couldn’t get a steady flow of cash to buy parts for the devices so she took up her dad’s job as a head of the family company, changing the original direction of making bicycles under her father, to creating and manufacturing weapons. She began inventing new ways to create weapons and devices out of anything and everything including toasters.

Motivation:
Destruction of the human race so they all shut up

Personality:
She has more than one personality, around the others she can be both dominating to almost sadistic as well as a degree in Psychology, so she’s very good at analysing people and with her unfounded fear of children means she usually stays in the office to order her minions around though when she is confronted she becomes defensive and reads into people and their doubts, making her victim hate themselves and revealing their greatest fear and using it against them. If that doesn’t work she uses one of her pokemon.

She was Ceailia’s welcome home and congratulations gift when she returned from university, she was originally Mr. Van Lute’s best racer and when the other pokemon told her she could not race anymore she became angry at her old master, she was so very angry but seeing her new master in such crazy state she decided she could not hate her new master just the old one, so she quite enjoyed the destruction of the man that took her away from the race

He was caught when Ceailia was at the university, from there he was sent to trainer who trained him till Ceailia got back from university, from there his training continued by Arcanine, Houndoom with training into the whatever the mistress asked, to obey, no matter what the consequences

After he was caught, he spent many years being spoilt, until mistress went away to university, mistresses parents saw him as fat and lazy so it was decided to send him to a trainer who taught him to do everything as he was told even if it meant getting hurt, when mistress returned he was now Arcanine he was very obedient and would do
anything and everything he could to assist his mistress

She was sold by her previous trainer to the Van Lute family as a guard. Mr. Van Lute gave Houndoom to his daughter just before she left for university. Houndoom tried her best to guard her mistress and watched in horror as the schizophrenia unfold, unable to help her mistress Houndoom did everything in her power to do as mistress wanted including the assistance of the death of Cealia’s parents, she cares for her mistress and will do anything to keep her happy.
